Run deals before Black Friday or Prime Day without losing your event deal price.
Jump to skill ↓Overview
This skill helps you run deals before a big Amazon event without losing the event deal price. Any deal, coupon, price discount, or Sale Price you run in the weeks before Black Friday Week, Prime Day, or Prime Big Deal Days can lower the price Amazon will accept for the event. For one product, it works out the lowest deal price allowed on each date, how many deal days you have left under the 50% rule, and how many units each deal day should sell.
You get a 7-tab Excel workbook:
- Summary: the answer up front: deal days left, the price floor for each date, units per deal day, ready-made scenarios you can edit, a check on your own plan, and today's max deal price.
- Inputs: every assumption in its own editable cell, with the date windows worked out for you.
- Deal Planner: one row per day up to the event. Mark the days you want to run a deal and the price, and the floor check, day count, and Summary update live.
- Velocity & Seasonality: your normal daily sales, the lift from your last big event, and last year's seasonal pattern.
- Daily History: each day's price and sales, and whether it counted as a promotion.
- Amazon Rules: every pricing rule the skill applies, what it means, and its source.
- Data Notes: data gaps and assumptions for this run.
