How long does setup take?

Under 5 minutes to connect. Full historical data sync takes less than 5 hours and you'll be notified once it's available.

Do I need a paid Claude account?

Not necessarily. If this is your first MCP, Claude's free plan works. If you already have another MCP connected, you'll need Claude Pro. Either way, we don't charge anything for the MCP server or your data.

Is my data secure?

Yes, 100%. Amazon's official SP-API, read-only access, isolated per-store database, encrypted at rest. Revoke any time and we delete within 30 days.

Does this work for my market?

Can I disconnect anytime?

Yes. Revoke in Amazon settings or email us. Data deleted within 30 days.

How is this different from Amazon's own AI?

Amazon Seller Assistant only sees Amazon data. We layer in your COGS, real profitability, and operator-built tools; and we work in Claude, which is a better reasoning model.
